The rate was fantastic and the spot was right where I needed to be, but the front desk guy seemed disinterested and that came through in his service.

“easily accessible to Cincinnati or Dayton”

It’s a new hotel and very nice, but breakfast isn’t included so we didn’t eat there; we had dinner at the restaurant the night before, which was really disappointing.

“Very unpleasant, I will never book at this hotel again.”

Location was okay. I make the trip to this area a couple times a year and I will stay there again. The hall was trashy, there were delivery people up in the building at all hours of night. My rooms never got served. 3 people for two nights and only had two wash cloths and 3 towels. The pool was dirty and trash around the pool, there were only 6 chairs in the pool area. The carpets in the rooms were stained, One of the rooms had blood stains on the fold out sofa . One of my grandchildren got a flea on her in the room. When we went to the front desk to ask for more towels the attendant just said he was busy and said he would see what he could do, some 30 minutes later he brought the towels. Very unpleasant experience

“The check in staff (Bentley) was so rude. The couch at the lobby was very old and worn out. The breakfast was not good.”

I stayed here because it’s close to Ikea and the freeway, which was convenient. The only downside was a few noises.

My room arrived with dirty towels in the bathroom, which was disappointing.
