The front‑desk staff never made me feel welcomed or enthusiastic; that morning before checkout, the employee even ran her hand through my hair to check whether my gray strands were real or fake, which made me uncomfortable, and the hotel’s soundproofing was poor. The only thing I liked was how the housekeeper politely asked if I needed anything and how the security guard chatted with me when I brought my motorbike into the garage—both were friendly and professional, unlike the front‑desk people, who I suspect are the owners.

The accommodation was fully equipped and clean. The room felt like a train station hall, and the bathroom was functional but not great.

“Friendly staff, cheap ,Clean , close to Cat Bi Airport 5 ⭐”

We had a fantastic welcome from the receptionist, who went out of his way to make us feel at home. He even offered us tea and sweets, and gave us some great recommendations for the area. The location was perfect, just a short Grab ride from the airport, and the price was incredibly reasonable. Despite the language barrier, we managed to communicate just fine with the help of Google Translate.

The hotel's location is a major plus, and the lobby area is spacious and airy. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay a pleasant one. However, the hotel's proximity to the city center also means it can get quite noisy, especially at night.
