The bed was very comfortable, and there were no complaints.
“Awful”
Nothing. We arrived and immediately had to change rooms and after that immediately had to change again, we were in 5 different rooms total all with in 1 day There were flushing issues, electrical issues, mold, roaches, and a door that wouldn’t even lock anyone could have open it and as two girls- thats terrifying

The hotel was decent. A spill of juices made the floor sticky near the food area, people walked on it, and coffee was empty in one place and barely any in the other; no one came to clean or check the food area or the tables that had been used. I had a double bed, and one duvet was stinking—duvets should be changed after each new customer. One lamp didn’t work, the bathtub drain wasn’t draining properly, the shower water pressure was weak, and there weren’t enough electrical outlets for phone plugs.
The room was disgusting and dirty, a cockroach was in the bathroom, the floor carpet was sticky, and overall it was absolutely dreadful.
