I stayed in a spotless, comfy room in a great spot, and the staff was fantastic! The only hiccup was that my first room had no AC, but they moved me to a new one right away.

I was charged twice and got no assistance; I’m not happy about that.

The staff welcomed me warmly, my room went beyond what I expected, the lobby was clean and stylish, and I felt at ease the whole time.
