Everything was great, but the location and the facilities left something to be desired.

The owners were very friendly and welcoming.

The property looked neglected and unkempt, with the house hidden behind a overgrown driveway; everything that seemed romantic in the photos turned out old and musty. Only a small roof vent with a venting sign, no TV reception, no place to sit in the house, no heating, and a double bed with a single blanket for two people.

The owners were very friendly and the rural décor was lovely, but the mattress was misshapen and uncomfortable. There was no outdoor seating, which was a shame. The property and the first view of the house were somewhat off-putting. We would have liked mosquito nets in front of the windows, as we found a huge spider in the room.
