The staff were friendly, the location was good, and the room was clean. However, breakfast choices were limited and could be better. On the second day, no housekeeping came and tea/coffee weren’t refilled. Only two water bottles were left by the door. Overall, housekeeping could use improvement.

I stayed twice at this hotel—once when arriving in Maldives, then after a four‑day island tour, and returned the last day before heading to the airport. Throughout, they kept my luggage free of charge (I paid for the two nights). The first time, they picked me up at the airport on time, helped buy a SIM card, and even gave me juice; the next day’s breakfast was fresh and good. It’s not a buffet but the staff are very attentive. The second stay was a disaster. We had arranged to arrive at 17:00 at the airport to go to the hotel, shower, collect our bags, and return by 21:00 for our flight. No one showed up. I called several numbers, tried booking and WhatsApp, but never got a response. I ended up wandering the whole airport looking for them, and thanks to recognizing the employee’s face, I could finally reach the hotel. When I got there, they didn’t know my reservation was only for pick‑up and departure. Also, the location makes it hard to visit the nearby mall; it’s in the new area. The shower had no hot water and some lights flickered. At least I got to sleep and rest a bit.

The location is close to the beach. The bathroom was dirty, the fridge was moldy, and paint was peeling from the walls. The advertised pool and spa were not available—only private hire was promoted.

I didn’t get the room I booked; the TV doesn’t work and the Wi‑Fi won’t connect to the TV.
