Nice spacious room in centre location. The 2 woman that was working behind the counter the day I checked in with terrible customer service did not smile once making it uncomfortable from the moment I walked through the door absolutely awful attitude . I arrived 10.30am after checking out my last hotel 10am, check in was 4pm and I politely asked could I check in early but my request was bluntly rejected and they was zero help. It felt like police interrogation just to check in loads of things to sign, loads of waiting about. I had to wait 4 weeks to get my refund for the €100 deposit. I was only staying for 1 night just no need for all seriousness of checking in. Will never be staying here again due to the awful customer service which needs a lot of work

“Ótimo custo beneficio.”

The hotel’s location is excellent, near both the beach and Lincoln Road. The room is large and the kitchenette is well equipped, which is very convenient. It has a mini closet, and I liked the bathroom, which offered liquid soap, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and a hair dryer. The reception provided plain coffee, cold water, and ice for guests. Towels and beach chairs were also available. The air conditioning was noisy, but after a while we got used to the sound.

The apartment building is very fancy, clearly redesigned by a skilled interior designer. I appreciated the books, decorations, and everything else. It’s within walking distance to Ocean Drive or the main thoroughfare with restaurants, shops, and fast‑food joints. A reasonably priced public parking garage is nearby, and the receptionist honestly pointed me to that cheaper garage. The recycling program in Miami exists, and houses in the neighbourhood have bins for recyclables, so I wished this building had its own recycling bin, which it did not. I didn’t want to dump tons of clear plastic bottles and aluminium cans in the landfill, so I had to find a recycling dumpster on someone else’s property to dispose of my recyclables.

The location is good and the room is spacious. It could be cleaner.
