The service was good, but the bathroom on the lower floor was not clean.

The breakfast and the concierge guys were excellent, very good disposition; I didn't like that the room had sealed windows we couldn't open, there was no way to ventilate the room, the housekeeping had to chase after them to clean and change sheets, they took the dirty towels and didn't replace them, the shower was terrible, the cushions were unclear whether they were cushions or something else, they didn't clean the bathroom, they only changed the trash bag.

The location, the reception staff, and a little ice cream in the room were good, but the room had no small table to put our delicate items on.
