The room was very clean and tidy, and we were handed a few free bottles of water. It sits right on a busy road, so traffic noise is very obvious in the room because the soundproofing is terrible. That traffic happens almost all day and night, making it hard to sleep. We also had cigarette smoke drift into the room through the bathroom ventilation; we’re not sure where it came from, but it was uncomfortable.

The staff here are truly sweet, always going the extra mile for guests. I had read reviews praising their attitude, and my experience confirmed it. The room was clean, close to the center, the price was friendly, and the service was excellent; when I visit SG again, I’ll definitely drop by.

The train station is nearby. The bedding was old, unclean, and I found long hairs all over the bed.
