The bed was comfy and the AC was great, but the hotel just doesn't respect itself. I booked the most expensive room and ended up with spider‑kitchenware—ridiculous. When I asked for the room to be cleaned, they ignored me. The tap barely worked, making brushing teeth and washing face a nightmare. Absolute neglect of the hotel’s facilities! Worse, I woke up with leg sores that must have been from bed bugs—just outrageous. I requested a room change, but the new room had mold on the walls, some lights were out, and the balcony was dripping. I decided not to extend my stay at a place that doesn’t care about itself. You’re losing money with your shoddy maintenance.
