I loved how easy it was to reach the hotel and the location was spot‑on for us. The room itself was spacious and very nice, and the higher floor gave us a great view. There’s a cozy coffee shop nearby that’s perfect for a quick pick‑up. The only hiccup was the bathroom door—it felt a bit odd but still worked fine.

The spot of this hotel was spot‑on, and we took advantage of the valet because everything else was just a short walk away. The room was immaculate, except for a few scuff marks on the floor. It was quiet and offered plenty of activities. The staff were extremely friendly and courteous. The beds, however, were ridiculously hard and left my hips and lower back sore. The shower head was positioned poorly for shorter people, so I had to wrap a towel around it to lower it. The tub is deep and slippery when wet, and I have a knee replacement, so stepping out was a struggle—there should be a non‑slip bar inside the tub.

The hotel was clean and pleasant. The valet parking, however, was a nightmare. The whirlpool tub’s jets barely worked, looking like a pot of simmering water. When we called maintenance, the guy just stood on his phone and said, “I think that’s as strong as they get.”

The only good thing was that it was downtown. The room we booked wasn’t the one we got; the hotel over‑booked and had no availability, even though we’d reserved weeks ahead. We were handed a tiny 6x6 room with a tiny tub and a cuck chair instead of the couples king whirlpool room we paid for. Other guests in the lobby were shouting about the same issue, turning the lobby into chaos. The manager offered a discount at the end of our stay but then refused to give it when we tried to claim it. The front desk woman even stole items from my bag while it was left behind her desk. Many lights, switches, and knobs were broken or not working at all. Absolutely terrible; any other hotel would be better for the price—$1500 a night for a room that’s worth only $350.
