“Disgusting!! Please don’t stay here!!!”
We had to switch hotels within two minutes of checking in, but the new place was a nightmare: hair littered the beds, even after we requested fresh sheets there was still hair and stains, ants scurried on the dressing table, and cockroaches appeared in the toilet. When we asked for a refund at reception because we felt unsafe, they said they could only offer a refund but then denied our request. The next day we went back to discuss it again, and they repeated that nothing else could be done.
