The reception was awful, yet the housekeeping team that returned to re‑clean our bathrooms was polite and tried to help. We stayed from 15th to 16th September, booked two rooms for four adults and a baby, and it was a complete disaster from start to finish. The hotel’s ad was highly misleading; there was no clear distinction or option to choose between AC and non‑AC for the Double Deluxe rooms. It feels like a deliberate tactic to lure guests into booking, only to force them into an expensive upgrade upon arrival. They charged us an extra 800 rupees per room just for AC, which almost doubled our total cost. For that inflated price, we could have stayed at a much better hotel elsewhere. One room reeked of smoke, while the other had a broken TV. We had to call reception four times just to get the TV looked at, and even then, YouTube wouldn’t work. This was incredibly frustrating as we needed it to distract our baby during feeding. Moreover, the floors in both rooms were sticky, and the bathrooms were so smelly that we had to demand they be cleaned again. Check‑out was the worst part. The receptionist, Anil, was incredibly rude, hostile, and completely unprofessional. After explaining all the issues, we asked for a small, reasonable compromise—just a 100 to 200 rupee discount per room on the unexpected AC fees. He flatly refused, aggressively told us to just pay the amount, and sneered that we could go ahead and leave a bad review if we like. This proved he doesn’t care about customer service or the hotel’s reputation at all, he only cares about extracting money. To make matters worse, he falsely accused me of only making a partial payment. Even after I showed him the receipt proving we paid in full, his toxic attitude did not change. Finally, the property is extremely difficult to find because there is zero road signage. The parking is located away from the hotel with no signs pointing toward it.
