Outside there’s a grill, but the shared kitchen and bathroom were lacking – the kitchen had no deep bowls, so I wouldn’t recommend it for long stays or even 1–2 nights

There’s a kids’ corner with a cabin, sandbox, and toys, and you can eat meals with a view of the Tatras; the rooms were clean, the bathroom comfortable, and there’s plenty of space next to the house, but without a car access is quite difficult, while for motorists it’s fine

The property sits in a fairly quiet area away from the main road, so the noise is not bothersome; however, check‑in starts at 19:00 and I lowered my rating because I couldn’t contact staff – at 18:00 I asked if I could arrive earlier, sent a message on Booking with no reply, the provided Austrian phone number didn’t answer, and I tried calling three times; this shouldn’t happen
