The staff were friendly. However, the toilet in the capsule smelled awful, and I’d return once the bathroom gets renovated.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the dorm and pods were spacious, and the beds were super comfy. The library’s manga collection was impressive—perfect for Japanese readers. Everything was spotless, and the hotel was just a short walk from Yamaguchi train station with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.
