The central location near the S-Bahn station was very useful, the food was good, the breakfast was nice, and the overall vibe felt cozy.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and they offered a perfect bike storage solution complete with an air pump and tools.

The staff were very friendly, the bed was good, the shower had plenty of hot water, and the breakfast was very good, though the carpet in the room was a downside.

The hotel staff were extremely friendly. We arrived with two motorcycles and were allowed to park them for free in a special garage next to a large motorboat. Room 217 was spacious and the bathroom was modernly designed. Even though the hotel sits right in the city center on an old building, everything was surprisingly quiet, and the other guests were very quiet as well. The breakfast was very good and only 10 EUR per person, which was very affordable. At reception there is a truly high‑quality brochure on “Burgenstraße,” which also includes Eberbach; you should definitely take it or read it! The mattress on the window side of the bed was quite saggy, and the bed frame squeaked. In the nice shower room a few wall hooks were missing. Unfortunately the hotel restaurant was closed, even though it seemed to be well‑filled. That surprised us. (Just to add: The staff at the adjacent “Little Italy” were sluggish and somewhat dismissive, so we went to the nearby “Snackbar.” Everything there was fine, and we didn’t go to bed hungry.)
