They have a good location and concept, but the service is terrible. No soap and the place isn’t well maintained.

Everything was fine. The cleanliness of the place needs to be taken care of very well because the place is already nice.

Kids love the swimming pool, but the surroundings felt almost abandoned; the café never opened, so I had to leave the premises for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The place looked run‑down, poorly maintained and poorly managed. The small river was clean, yet it was neither a swim spot nor usable. Archery and badminton areas were in bad shape, and the ATV service was poorly run with no staff to help.
