The place is fantastic overall! The three meals a day are incredibly tasty. They clean the room every day, the hotel itself is spotless, and the staff are pleasant. The spa complex is pretty decent. There’s a bit of walking area on the grounds, you can visit the horses or stroll by the river. It was our first time here, but I hope it won’t be the last. There really isn’t much to complain about.

The staff are very customer‑focused, the food is good, the grounds are nice, they pay attention to details, and the personnel are polite and caring.

The location is picturesque, the grounds are well kept, and the food is tasty. Service is good and the staff are friendly. The rooms need renovation and cosmetic repair: replace the worn carpet with laminate for better hygiene, the beds are uncomfortable and should be double beds, and the mattresses and pillows are worn out. Storage space is limited for stays longer than 2–3 days. The kids’ room also needs an update and proper ventilation.

The spot is close to nature. With a stroller or a small child it’s not very convenient – the paths are rough stone in some places. The spa lacks flat loungers for a child, only chairs or curved loungers. The changing room has a playpen but no changing table, so if the child can’t sit yet it’s awkward.
