Beautifully furnished and very good location. Would prefer small tables for breakfast personally but everything else was excellent. We did have a problem on arrival (which was an hour earlier than check in but which I had emailed about) and could not get into the hotel as no one would answer calls/doorbell and had to wait on the pavement for over an hour. They were very apologetic

The cottage room was spacious, comfortable and was in a great location for visiting the old and newer cites. We chose not to have breakfast there but saw how good they were. We would re-book if we ever visited Carcassonne again. Oh, and the staff were very helpful too. Thank you. What not to like? It was great

Prachtige kamer, en beneden een fijne salon om in te gaan zitten lezen. Gezellige keuken met één lange tafel, om samen met de andere gasten van het ontbijt te genieten en ervaringen uit te wisselen. Wij hadden de enige kamer waarin een bad stond opgesteld. Ik kan me voorstellen dat dat niet voor iedereen fijn is, met name omdat er daarom geen douche was. Even snel opfrissen door te douchen kan fijner zijn dan elke keer pontificaal in bad gaan zitten, in het volle zicht van je kamergenoot. De eigenaresse hebben wij helaas niet gezien
