Clean and friendly. Rooms are clean and have everything they need. The location is really good, close to metro, bars and restaurants. Sagrario is very friendly and always available. The building may be a little old but the rooms are fine. Also Sagrario keeps everything clean, which makes a difference. I cannot give many negative comments.

Everything was fine. I overlooked in the description that the bathroom and toilet were shared in the hallway for all rooms. The room was relatively small but sufficient for sleeping (for a light stay).

The staff were undeniably attentive, the receptionist was spectacular, always cheerful, gave us all the information we needed, and helped with everything. Nothing to add.

We arrived at the place, the lady at the reception was very kind, she explained everything about the hotel and the area. Very close to Gran Via, just a few minutes walk, metro around the corner. Recommend.

Sagrario is such a welcoming and good person. She immediately made us feel at home, walked us through everything, and recommended local places to eat. A real asset she is! I wish there were coffee makers in the rooms. That's about it. But there is a 24‑hour coffee and pastry shop just a block away.
