A public bus stop is conveniently located outside. The spa area is accessible from 15:00 on arrival day and 14:00 on departure day, complimentary of charge.

The adults’ area was good, but the outside covered pool area was too small.

The facilities were fantastic, the views were amazing, and the staff were very helpful; it’s one of the best hotel gyms I’ve seen, though the air conditioning could be cooler.

Overall a beautiful stay as usual, but the spa atmosphere has changed: more guests are wearing swimsuits in the sauna, especially in the salt‑water whirlpool, which is problematic for hygiene and for calmness. Other guests looked visibly annoyed, so a stricter rule would help.

The Greta position and excellent facilities were great, and the tower room was large with fantastic views, but it was very busy and there was no free drinking water in the room.
