The location and the historic palace were great. The room could use a bit of maintenance.

“Hébergement satisfaisant”

The proximity to the city centre, the elevator, the comfortable bed and the large room space were all positives. The fridge was small, it was hard to plug in the fridge and kettle, and there was little dishware.

“Meiden Sie diese Unterkunft!”

The location in Turin is very good and the beds are comfortable. The self‑check‑in process was very cumbersome and didn’t work for everyone in our group. Because of that, the access code was not sent automatically but only after a request. The only way to communicate is via WhatsApp; there is no on‑site staff. The accommodation does not match the description: “private check‑in/check‑out” is absent; “free toiletries” are only in tiny amounts and are not delivered despite the WhatsApp support promise; there is no sound insulation – the rooms are not sound‑proof, and street tram noise is significant; there is no key card, only a notification code, and no 24‑hour security staff. The front door to the rooms on the 2nd floor stays open all the time. The luggage storage only works with coins. Wi‑Fi does not work consistently. Worst of all, the bathroom in the “Superior Suite” 202 was severely moldy and dirty in every corner (photo available).

“Terrible”

The only good thing was the location and the very large room. The check‑in was extremely complicated and unreliable, with bad communication and a one‑hour delay that made us miss planned activities. Even though it was a suite, the room was shockingly dirty, especially the bathroom, with feces in the toilet and hair on the sink and shower. The cleaner was rude, and even after cleaning hair was still on the floor and sink. The room was not cleaned, fresh towels were not provided, and the bed was not made the next day. There was no Wi‑Fi. We cannot recommend this place because it was really inconvenient.

La posizione. Disorganizzazione completa. La camera doveva essere pronta alle 15, siamo arrivati alle 17 e la signora delle pulizie aveva pulito la camera sbagliata e ha pulito la nostra con noi lì, quindi in modo sbrigativo. Ha anche provato a contattare i titolari, ma non ha avuto risposta. Non è la prima volta che alloggiamo in strutture prive di reception (quindi senza accoglienza in loco), ma almeno c'era la possibilità di parlare con qualcuno in caso di problemi. Qui invece ci sono solo assistenti virtuali che non sono in grado di gestire problematiche di qualsiasi genere. Ne è un esempio il problema da noi avuto nell'utilizzare i locker per il deposito bagagli, dove era possibile pagare solo in monete, ma non accettava i 10 e i 20 centesimi, rendendone impossibile l'uso
