The wellness area, friendly staff, good location, and parking were nice. Breakfast was weak, the selection of sweet and salty items could be larger, a mixed‑egg dish instead of a simple boiled egg would be nice, and if you stay several days you’ll end up eating the same thing. The beds were very soft, the room was damp, the heater wouldn’t turn on, the washing machine and towels were missing, a bigger room would be worth the extra cost, there’s no fridge in the room but you can use the kitchen downstairs.
The front desk lady was very friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean, the location was great, the mattresses were comfortable, and the pool water was clean. I found the street‑side rooms too noisy because of traffic, some of the Jacuzzi jets weren't working, the pool water jets were also inactive, breakfast was minimal with a limited selection and no lactose‑free milk or products, the breakfast was the most modest I've had in a hotel but everything was fresh, and the billiard table was broken. Overall it’s a pleasant hotel but it needs more attention from the owner.
The location, parking, and room size were good. The spa area was small, the Jacuzzi water wasn’t very hot, and you had to book a specific time slot for the pool, saunas, and Jacuzzi with a limit of 1 hour per day.

Breakfast was average and the same every day, showing a lack of creativity; the meats and cheeses were in one container and seemed like leftovers from the previous day. We had always judged this hotel by its restaurant, where we were usually guests on previous stays and the food was excellent. The coffee mugs were large, and the tea cups were interchangeable. We couldn’t pay for our stay with one card even though there were funds on the account; the lady tried to log the card into the terminal several times but said it was impossible, and the PIN never loaded. In the end we paid most of the bill in cash and the rest with another bank card. For the first time I encountered an event where, inserting a card into the terminal without entering a PIN, someone told me I couldn’t pay with that card. The mattresses were very high and uncomfortable.
