Only the location was good. The list of complaints would be too long. It was obvious that the front‑desk staff showed no empathy and assumed that one‑word sentences were enough. Posters, notes, flyers… everything on the website is not always what you find on site. People with special dietary needs should avoid this resort because no one can provide ingredient information, and the fresh vegetables are just bland cucumbers and tomatoes or fruit that hasn’t been cut and has seen better days. I left early because the heating in late September couldn’t even be turned on in the bathroom.
