The lady made a very good breakfast for us and even offered to give it to us earlier, even though she normally serves breakfast at nine. It wasn’t the hotel’s fault, but it was a national holiday that day and only a pub and a vending machine were open. We could get chips and chocolate that evening, but we had been on the Camino all day without food.

The breakfast is good, the portions are generous, and they serve what’s available, but there are no options, so a buffet would be better. We really liked the location, right next to one of the many spectacular beaches Asturias offers and close to many points of interest; it’s ideal. The shower was broken and the shower head couldn’t be hung. Also the lever to switch from tap to shower didn’t work properly, it opened on both sides, so the water pressure on the shower head was weak. We were notified and they tried to fix it but didn’t manage.

Everything was fine, the only issue was in the room on the top floor, and I’m quite tall, so in many areas of the room I couldn’t move. Otherwise everything was perfect. The ceiling was too low for me, so I couldn’t fit in one part of the room.
