The location was convenient. Everything was old and run down. The chairs in my room were falling apart and the couch was filthy. The fixtures were all rusting

“Terrible; stay somewhere else.”

The hotel was close to our event, which was convenient, yet the room smelled like mildew; we asked for a new one and it also had a damp odor. If we could have found another hotel on short notice, we would have gone elsewhere. As people with asthma and allergies, this felt like a hazardous environment. We spotted black mold growing around the window sill. The bathroom fan was broken, and the door was hard to close because it had swollen from the humidity. The room was so dirty we didn’t want to inspect it too closely. The breakfast area was dirty and sticky, and we saw a cockroach. The coffee creamer containers were empty for two consecutive days. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Marriott.

The location is excellent, the room is very comfortable, spacious, and cozy, the bed is very comfortable, and the sofa bed needs a mattress replacement.

“Great!”

The room was great, complete with a kitchen, a comfy bed, a couch, and plenty of space. I wasn’t traveling for work, but the large desk area would have been perfect for anyone who needs it. The a/c unit just outside the window was a bit noisy, though it did block out the city noise.
