I was disappointed with everything. The owner demanded a 50% deposit up front, even though the policy says payment is due on check‑in day, which feels illegal and scamming; everyone should be cautious when booking here.

We booked a deluxe double room for two adults and two children, clearly stating the number of guests, and the website offered a queen bed option. When I called the hotel, they informed me the room actually had only one 1.6 × 2 m bed and I’d need to pay extra to upgrade the bed.
