“Wohlfühlen am Tegernsee auf moderne Art”

The place is a super nice, stylish hotel with a relaxed, sporty, modern vibe. The single room was small but very pleasant and thoughtfully furnished. The wellness area is excellent, and the breakfast is delicious and healthy. The staff went out of their way to meet extra requests. Highlighting the homemade jam and the wide tea selection for tea lovers. A cool idea is that if you don’t need room service, you get a free drink at the bar—very sustainable! On the downside, the street noise is noticeable when the windows are open. Parking is limited, but I managed to find a spot every day. I expected a newly built building from the description, but it’s actually a renovated house, so you can still see 70s hotel elements inside (the staircase, the floors in the wellness area). My husband was a little uneasy about the hotel’s name, wondering if it might be a swingers club, but that turned out not to be the case.

The rooftop pool is fantastic, and the breakfast is tasty, though the breakfast area is a bit cramped. The housekeeping was subpar, and the room is very noisy from the street.

A very cool and unique hotel, laid‑back and super convenient. The mattresses were a bit too firm for us.
