The staff were kind and the room was clean, though the ice machine on the first‑floor free‑drink area was awkward to use and ice spilled onto the surrounding floor, leaving it wet.

The room felt spotless and very comfortable thanks to the thorough cleaning. The breakfast staff greeted us warmly and kept the area tidy, which was fantastic, and the front desk team were also helpful. Adjusting the water temperature in the bathroom and sink was tricky, and there was a faint smell when I first entered the room, though the air‑conditioning that was already on took care of it.
