The hotel was beautiful, tucked in the jungle and a real luxury. The shower, beds, and bedding were wonderful, the cleaning was immaculate, and the Wi‑Fi was good. The staff were very friendly and attentive, especially Pablo. The lack of a phone line to the reception was an issue because the rooms are far away, and the breakfast selection was limited.

I loved the hotel overall, it was superbly maintained and gorgeous, everything was very tidy and clean. The air conditioning didn’t cool well and the hot water never got hot enough.

The hotel is simple and elegant, with comfortable beds and spacious rooms. The staff were very friendly, especially Augusto who greeted us at reception with warmth. Breakfast was excellent, featuring fresh fruit, good coffee, a variety of pastries, yogurt, and the option to request mate or tereré equipment. The atmosphere is lovely. I was disappointed that pets are not allowed; this feels like a drawback for Puerto Iguazú, where many hotels do accept them. We travel a lot and our dog usually stays with us, so we often book in Foz do Iguaçu where pet-friendly options are available.
