Breakfast was good, coffee and tea were available all day. The room was huge with two balconies overlooking the mountains and the city; the hot water lasted more than five minutes and the place was very clean, with extra heavy local blankets for cold nights. I waited two hours outside, from 4:30 to 6:30 in the cold, for staff to arrive so I could check in, even though I had a confirmed late check‑in at 5 pm. I kept calling them “five minutes please”; they said they left around 4:30 because I hadn’t shown up and never contacted me. I don’t know why.

The calmness is nice. Breakfast was too late; for an adventure tour it should be served earlier.
