The location was great and the rooms and facilities were good, but our room wasn’t cleaned until after 6pm; I had to call reception several times to remind them that it hadn’t been cleaned, which was disappointing because we had to spend our last full day in the hotel room with no clean towels, no toilet paper and messy beds. My wife, my young daughters and I were verbally abused by an odd woman who claimed to live in the residence section of the hotel; she was upset that my kids were splashing around, which I initially apologised for, but she then escalated things to the point of verbally insulting and abusing my family. This was discussed with management and I will be laying a formal complaint, as this strange situation ruined our weekend.

The location and friendly staff were good, but there were a few issues with the roll TV and shower, which were addressed.
