The place was spotless, quiet, and had lovely décor; it’s attached to a neighboring palazzo that offers a beautiful garden overlooking the canal. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and I was handed my room right when I arrived, before the official check‑in time, which was a big plus. Everything else was great.

The hotel had just been renovated and its location was superb, with staff that were friendly and professional—nothing could be asked for more. The room was very clean and had everything needed. Breakfast was excellent, and we felt genuinely welcomed by everyone. Highly recommended; keep up the good work. I wouldn’t change anything, as everything works perfectly as it is.

The location was ideal, within walking distance of everything but not as crowded as the St. Mark’s Square area. The bed was super comfy and the room was a great size. The staff were very helpful and even arranged a private boat taxi to the airport for us because we had an early flight.
