“Great location and modern room. Could have been cleaner.”

The spot was great and the front‑desk people were very friendly, the room was modern and the balcony was a nice touch, but we found a lot of hair on the floor in the room and bathroom, and the bath, floor and shower screen didn’t seem to have been properly deep‑cleaned before we arrived; we only stayed two nights so it wasn’t a huge deal and we didn’t complain—this was the only cleanliness issue.

Nicola’s service was excellent—he was very attentive and helpful, even texting us on WhatsApp beforehand to confirm our arrival times and ask if we had any questions. The location was spot on for someone wanting to stay close to Porto, with a metro station nearby and plenty of restaurants and cafés around. The only downside was a €30 fee that was charged because I arrived in the evening; I only found out about it that day, and it wasn’t mentioned on the booking site.

“Posto perfetto e comodo”

The location was perfect, the room was comfortable with all the necessary amenities, the bathroom was large, the bed was incredibly comfy, and there was a small street‑side balcony; it was quiet, in a historic building, easy to reach, and all the needed services were nearby; the staff were exceptionally kind and helpful.
