Located in Orleans, Cape Cod, the Olde Tavern Motel and Inn is a short 15-minute walk to Orleans Cove and 10 minutes' drive to the south side of the Cape Cod National Seashore. This motel features an outdoor pool, seasonal continental breakfast with coffee and baked goods, and a public deck for relaxation. Rooms offer cable TV, en suite bathrooms, and free Wi-Fi, with some pool views available.

The spot is easy to get to, and the staff welcomed me warmly; the room even had wine glasses! The nautical, beachy vibe shows in the décor, and there are tables and chairs with umbrellas both in front and back. The bathroom, however, has a tiny sink and no counter space, and the windows lack any shade.

The little motel had straightforward rooms, they were clean, the bathroom was a bit small but given the location and four people sharing the room it met our expectations nicely.

The place is clean, comfy, and you can walk straight to public transport, the bike path, and all the spots I needed daily. The nearby restaurants and grocery stores are great too. I have no major complaints, just that the in‑room coffee selection isn’t my favorite. That’s fine, though, because I can grab cold brew from Friends Marketplace, stash it in the fridge, or walk to cafes like Sunbird, Hot Chocolate Sparrow, or Jo Mamas—all within walking distance of the Olde Tavern Motel & Inn.

We had the perfect family stay here. Very clean, comfortable and quiet. Orleans is a lovely town, amenities and places to eat within 10 minutes walk of the property. We were a family of 2 adults and 2 children and we found the room very spacious. Property and pool very clean. The continental breakfast included was plentiful and excellent. There are free buses which run to Chatham and Provincetown every hour which you can flag down right outside. Staff very friendly and responsive. Price for accommodation is worth it, accommodation rates were high on the cape in summer so this was a great deal. Very happy. Only downside was WiFi can cut in and out but we were in the room at the very end so may not be a problem in all rooms

The location and staff were excellent, and the continental breakfast choices were very good. Beds and linens were also very good. On weekday mornings, traffic noise was noticeable, and the bathtub and some finishes were showing their age.
