It’s a cozy spot, but it needs improvements in the areas I mentioned below. The bed quality could be better – it would help to use neutral colors on the headboards; for example, in the room I stayed in (Ghana) the pink headboard was unnecessary. The shower in the bathroom needs replacement, and the access situation is risky – if someone leaves and returns late, they’ll find the gate locked, which can be dangerous and might even lead to theft while trying to open it. Breakfast requires a day‑ahead request, which doesn’t make sense; they don’t even bother to prepare anything unless you inform them a day before, and even then they just say you should have let them know.

“It was horrible”

I had no enjoyment at all; everything was horrible and I had to leave early. I’ve traveled widely and never had such a terrible experience; the property should not advertise what it doesn’t provide. I chose this location because it listed breakfast and dinner options, and I was on a tight schedule that required on‑site meals. After checking in I asked about breakfast and was told they couldn’t guarantee it because it depended on raw material availability. After a small complaint the manager asked the receptionist to share the menu, which we hadn’t been told existed. We told them what time we would be up so they could prepare for us and that we needed breakfast. We were told sorry we can’t do dinner because the chef had an emergency, so we accepted and had to drive around looking for food even though we had said it was a deal breaker; we made an exception and went looking for food. When we settled in there was no water in the room, the fridge was wide open and the room had a strange damp smell. In the morning we woke up at the time we had advised and the staff seemed disinterested in breakfast. The lady making the food was in her pyjamas and seemed annoyed. We were told again that we must sort our dinner ourselves because they couldn’t cook for us, and that dinner isn’t guaranteed but only available on request. The listing clearly says dinner is an option. I didn’t get a good rest, and after being told we must make our own dinner plans we had to find another place to stay. The customer service was terrible and the team’s attitude was unacceptable. I packed my bags after work and told the manager we were moving; she simply said we cancelled late so no refund and didn’t try to offer a refund. I only stayed one night instead of three. Disappointed—what happened to CUSTOMER IS KING.

“Quite cosy but need to I clouded at least a breakfast for the price”

The staff were helpful, but for the price the breakfast should have been included. Staying without breakfast was a downside.
