To make matters worse, the host, Roberto, responded to my negative review with insults and threats, and even published my personal contact information without my consent, violating not only his professionalism but also the law on data protection.

The spot was spot on, but the sewage stench was unbearable, and we realized it came from the boat instead of the port. Roberto not only threatened and insulted me, but also published my sensitive data without permission, violating privacy law. Be careful giving him your phone number and personal info—he’ll leak them at the first disagreement. The windows were so dirty you couldn’t see outside, tools were in the cutlery drawer, and when the water ran it smelled like sewage, suggesting the drains need cleaning. Roberto’s “extra” request was just a mug for microwaving milk. The boat was nice, but the host is a no‑go.
