The rooms were large enough, comfortable, and clean. Paolo was very helpful. The location is quiet and a 10‑minute walk from the city center. Parking is available on site free of charge. Only Italian breakfast is offered.

The staff were kind, the breakfast good, and parking convenient. The bedside tables were a bit small.

The location was great and the owner gave plenty of helpful tips and recommendations, but the building itself felt a bit dated despite being well maintained.

Paolo was an amazing host—friendly, helpful, and genuinely nice—making me feel right at home and pointing out awesome spots to visit and dine in Old Town Ravenna, just a 5‑minute walk away.
