I stayed on the north side of Yarmouth, away from the town’s bustle, and the place was spotless thanks to Jean. The sea view from room 2 was great, and the breakfast options were plenty—nothing too pricey, and Jean made sure my dietary needs were met. Wi‑Fi worked well, the beach was close, and a short flat walk of about ten minutes got me into town. Bus stops on the main road opposite the guest house let me explore or head into town, and there’s plenty of parking on the crescent outside, so I wasn’t stuck on the main road.

The location was close to the beach, and the rooms were very clean and well kept. The owner was amazing and made our stay feel welcoming.

“Home away from home”

Jean’s home felt like a lovely home away from home with fantastic staff. Our room exceeded every expectation with a large, comfy bed. The breakfast was exceptional and set us up perfectly for the day. Nothing was too much trouble, and we’ll definitely return.
