The hotel was excellent, spotless and contemporary, just a 15‑minute stroll to the city center, and there were no complaints.

The hotel sits in Mid Levels, right across from a lovely Botanical Garden that’s perfect for a jog, and I walked up the stairs to Victoria Peak and back down to the City Waterfront.

The spot was great and the staff let you drop off your bags and pick them up later that day. The rooms, especially the bathrooms, were very old‑fashioned, as was the pool, and you had to pay for the water bottles in the room.
