I didn’t cook because I only stayed one day, but the kitchen was missing several utensils and there was no microwave. One of the two balcony chairs was broken.

The apartment was spacious, clean, bright, and included a balcony. There was no detergent to clean my dishes, nor was there a dishcloth or any spare cloths.

The location was pretty good, but the host’s communication was terrible. He said different things on the phone, claimed he’d meet us next to the building, but when we arrived he kept asking for my name each time I called. He never showed up himself. In the end the key was in a box, which he hadn’t mentioned initially. The sofa in the living room looked very dirty, so I didn’t want to sit on it. I got the feeling he doesn’t care at all about his rental apartment.

The spot is spot on and getting into the room was a breeze. I’d have preferred to just call customer service instead of having to go through WhatsApp while standing at the hotel, though. The dishes could have been a touch cleaner.

The air conditioning only worked properly on one unit; the pillows and towels weren’t the cleanest, and there was no hairdryer. When I arrived, there was no key in the box so I had to wait for staff to let me into the apartment. On the next day a different team came and tried to open my door from the opposite side for ten minutes, and when I finally opened it, the owner was a bit surprised but seemed eager to help as if he lived there.
