I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel, especially considering its location in an old warehouse district. The shower worked fine, and the bed was super comfy. Breakfast was a bit limited, but the omelette was freshly made, which was a nice touch. The area itself was quiet, and I felt safe walking around, even at night. However, the staff didn't speak much English, and there were no mosquito nets in the room.

I was really impressed by the staff, they made all the difference. The rooms are basic but spotless, which is a plus. However, I was shocked to find out that booking.com charges an extra 30% on top of the normal rate, which makes the room's comfort not worth the price. It's a shame, because the hotel itself isn't to blame, but rather booking.com's abuse of their system. It's a serious issue.

The staff here are super friendly, especially the lady who checked me in - she's really nice. The restaurant staff are also lovely, always smiling and willing to help. Overall, the atmosphere is really welcoming, and I felt right at home.
