The staff were extremely attentive, very nice and accommodating; thank you to the whole team. Our requests were fulfilled quickly, and the pool was even cleaned extra. It’s not suitable for swimming but great for relaxing and cooling off. A highlight is the KA10 Restaurant inside the building, offering a wide selection of delicious food at very reasonable prices and the restaurant itself is very clean. We could easily extend our stay for three more nights and enjoyed over a week in total. It was also nice to see the team get along well, and from the terrace we had a beautiful view. Thank you to everyone. We’ll return gladly! The bathroom fan is broken, so no air can be vented. The room/bathroom was not entirely clean—some hair on the floor and in the bed. It would be great to have a privacy screen for the large, floor‑to‑ceiling windows so you can see out from above but not from below. Currently you can only close the whole window, making the room pitch black, or open it, letting anyone outside see the entire room and bed.

The hotel's location is seriously one of its best features – it's a stone's throw from the town centre, making it perfect for exploring on foot. The rooms were spotless and the staff were super helpful, even when I checked in late. The only thing that would've made my stay better is if the hotel had a bit more parking space, but it's not a deal-breaker by any means.

I was really impressed with the staff at this hotel - they were friendly, helpful, and made me feel right at home. The location was perfect, too, just a short drive from the main highway, which made it easy to get around. I felt totally comfortable here, and that's no small thing when you're traveling. Overall, I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a hassle-free stay.
