Modern facilities with wooden roof beams, plenty of light from eye‑level skylights, a fully equipped shared kitchen, shady outdoor spots, and a washing machine. The host, Stefan, is generous and helpful even though he doesn’t speak English. It’s close to the Nera River for swimming, shops, and the road to Sasca Romana, plus great hikes. The fan in the attic room offers little relief from the stifling heat in full sun; an air‑conditioner would be appreciated, Stefan.
