Magno was the only pleasant staff member, yet the room was terrible: the curtain was torn, the wardrobe was falling apart, the bedding was stained, the bathroom light was burnt out, the toilet was clogged. Breakfast offered only sliced bread with ham, cheese, butter, and a bakery cake.

We didn’t like anything! As soon as we arrived we decided to leave after about 20 minutes while we arranged another place to stay. The room was filthy, with an unbearable mold smell, dirty towels and linens, a rusty old minibar, patched ceiling, old door, and curtains that didn’t block the light. We were traveling and got this awful surprise. The photos show a minimally acceptable stay, but reality is different. The price is slightly cheaper than other options, but it’s not worth it; we had to find another place and ended up spending more anyway. Everything was terrible. The same points repeated: we left right after arrival, the room was dirty, moldy, towels and linens were unclean, minibar was old and rusty, ceiling patched, door old, curtains didn’t block light, we were traveling and got this bad surprise, photos show acceptable stay but reality isn’t, price a bit cheaper but not worth it, we had to find another place and spent more. Everything was awful.

The location is very good and the staff are also very helpful, but the room was in a very bad state: the fan was broken, a shovel was missing, there was a strong mold smell, the TV screen (small) was damaged, and the walls were moldy. Since I was only staying for one night and taking a shower, it was okay, but I wouldn't recommend it for a family trip because the room I had was in a very bad condition.

Only the location was good, but clothes and bed linens were missing and had patches.
