Close to the beach, pretty convenient. Especially Huyền Vy was very enthusiastic and helped the elderly guests.

“Good place to stay”

Very comfortable stay in Nha Trang. The room was spacious, clean, and well maintained, with comfortable beds and reliable internet. The breakfast was good with a decent variety of options. Overall, the hotel offered great value for money, and I would happily stay here again on a future visit. The toilet in my room was positioned extremely close to the shower, making it quite uncomfortable to use. The shampoo and shower gel were provided in very small tubes, which was a bit inconvenient. The parking area also closed quite early, so I had to leave my motorbike outside overnight, which did not feel very secure

The hotel is in the city centre but during quiet hours you can park your car safely and it’s spacious, no noise, and walking 2‑3 minutes gets you straight to Trần Phú main road. The breakfast buffet is varied and the staff are friendly and upbeat. However the pool needs work – it was dirty, full of leaves and insects on the surface, which is disappointing. The room air‑con only made it cool, not cold, and despite asking staff it didn’t get fixed.

The hotel disappointed me; I was very tired, the reception and corridors looked nice, but our room was in terrible condition: ripped sheets, torn curtains, towels with holes (I won’t even mention the beach towels), the air‑con broke on the second day, the iron was like a “Bulgarian” one and ruined my clothes. The bed linen never got changed. We’re not seasoned travelers, but even we were unpleasantly surprised; we’d stayed in hotels and 2* (but it was much better) 4* hotels aren’t worth it, at most a 1. The food was bland, I only found scrambled eggs (hard to spoil). I don’t recommend it. Only the pool was clean.

“Tạm”

The location is close to the centre, the breakfast buffet is diverse, and the room is spacious. The hallway carpet isn’t cleaned, it’s dusty and a bit dirty. The bedroom has an old air‑con that’s noisy and doesn’t cool well. The refrigerator was broken, so I had to call the front desk for a technician; a new one was installed. The room feels a bit old and there’s dust in the corners.
