The staff were really friendly and helpful throughout my visit.

Avoid this 'scrap' property at all costs. They advertised a 10% food discount, but the hotel refused to honour it until I challenged them. Even after that, they sneakily added a 10% 'service charge' to their handwritten invoices to offset the discount. Both the site and the hotel are misleading customers. Think twice before booking here; I would pursue legal action if I had the time.

The bedsheet and accessories were uncleaned and old.

The room and bedsheets were dirty; it seemed many people had stayed before me and the staff didn't change the bed sheets and pillow covers at all. The lights were poor—just one lamp and one concealed light were working, so I had to pull the curtains to light up.
