The staff were very kind and warm, and the room atmosphere was fantastic! I lost my dad’s keepsake but they found it afterward, which was a huge relief. Thank you. I definitely want to use this facility again.

The owners were super friendly and helpful, giving us tips on sights, their favorite beach, and onsen. Their ramen shop down the street had a light, not-too-salty broth, and the seafood was fresh—Matsue is known for that. We met some nice guests and enjoyed chatting in the ground‑floor common area. Free parking is available for car owners, which is a big plus. The only downside was the lack of cooking utensils for those who like to cook.

The location was perfect, and I got to enjoy a sunrise walk around the castle in the early morning. The toilets and bath areas might get crowded.

The place is great, the facilities are solid, the host is friendly, and the ramen shop run by the host serves delicious meals, making the stay very satisfying. I don't see any particular issues.
