I loved the quirky vibe of the place – it was clean, cozy, served great food, and everyone was super friendly. I couldn’t find anything to complain about.

Lovely converted chapel, clean room, nice staff. Had lunch on arrival, Welsh rarebit, really good. Busy place right by the aqueduct. Free parking adjacent. Handy guests entrance is separate to tea rooms so we could come and go easily. No curtain in room, there is a screen that doesn't block the light and doesn't fill the whole window. only one bedside lamp, so I couldn't read my book in bed. would have loved a safety shower mat, as shower is above bath and really slippy. Staff had locked up and left when I discovered this after 4 p.m. when you are then by yourselves in the property. .I mentioned to staff member when leaving, so hope they can pop one in so guests have the choice of using it
