The location was convenient, easy to find, and a short walk to the city’s main shopping area. Finding a parking spot was a bit tricky, especially during Silver Week, but the reception staff were always attentive and friendly.

The location was more convenient for city sightseeing than I expected; Susukino, Tanukikoji, and Odori Park were within walking distance, and the subway station was also nearby. If you’re staying as a typical business hotel in the city, it’s sufficient. However, the parking is only for a few cars, so if you drive you might struggle to find a spot.

The hotel sits within walking distance of Nakajima Koen subway station and Susukino, surrounded by many convenience shops. The bath water temperature can be adjusted gradually, and the TV supports YouTube and other streaming apps. The staff were not rude, but seemed surprised by fairly reasonable questions such as the breakfast options for the next day. The lift lobbies on the guest floors were rather dark and gloomy, unlike the bright and spacious ground level.
